Is this an oxymoron or just misleading advertising.?

Question by thom t: Is this an oxymoron or just misleading advertising.?
Optus Australia is advertising "unlimited SMS" on your mobile/cell phone, and the fine print says "up to a maximum of 3000 minutes". Maybe their definition of "unlimited" is different to mine.
I may have read "minutes" when it said "texts" but it meant "limited unlimited SMS" which would be an oxymoron.
